Job Description

Salary: $81,500 - 108,600 per year Requirements:

  • Were looking for 2 to 4+ years of relevant professional experience in solution architecture, digital workplace technology, infrastructure architecture, or a similar technology role.
  • We need experience designing or supporting workstation device lifecycle strategies, including planning, deployment, optimization, refresh, and retirement.
  • We value experience with hardware standardization for end-user technology, such as monitors, docking stations, peripherals, and workplace device configurations.
  • We require experience evaluating or implementing enterprise print management solutions.
  • Were looking for experience improving device performance, compatibility, reliability, and maintainability across enterprise technology environments.
  • We need working knowledge of architecture frameworks, technical standards, security requirements, and implementation guardrails.
  • We value experience partnering with business stakeholders, product teams, enterprise architects, engineering, security, and infrastructure teams.
  • We require strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document architecture decisions and explain technical concepts clearly.
  • A bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • We value experience with modern workplace technology or infrastructure modernization.
  • We look for knowledge of enterprise architecture, roadmapping, business capability planning, and technology governance.
  • We value experience supporting risk assessment, architecture reviews, standards definition, or technical decision forums.
  • Familiarity with integration, network, security, compliance, or platform considerations that influence endpoint solutions is preferred.
  • We value the ability to work independently across multiple small-to-medium initiatives with moderate autonomy.
  • We appreciate experience creating reusable frameworks, reference implementations, or implementation playbooks.
  • We look for demonstrated ability to improve solution quality through structured problem solving, systems thinking, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
  • We design workplace technology device lifecycle strategies that support current and future business needs.
  • We define architecture patterns, standards, and guardrails for end-user devices, peripherals, monitors, and print services.
  • We assess existing workplace technology environments, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to performance, compatibility, resilience, and supportability.
  • We support fit-gap analysis and migration planning between current-state and future-state endpoint capabilities.
  • We collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business, functional, and non-functional requirements into actionable technical solutions.
  • We evaluate technology options, hardware standards, configurations, and print management solutions for enterprise use.
  • We contribute to reference architectures, implementation guidance, and governance reviews that improve consistency and reduce risk.
  • We communicate architecture decisions, tradeoffs, risks, and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
